BIG BERKEY^® SYSTEM (8.5 LITRES)

The versatile Big Berkey^® system is ideal for small families or emergency situations.

For everyday use, this system is suitable for 1 to 4 people.

Its pair of Black Berkey^® purification elements offers a filtration capacity of approximately 22,700 litres before replacement.

The Big Berkey^® system can be supplied with 2 or 4 Black Berkey^® purification elements.

It is made from highly polished AISI 304 stainless steel.

 

Maximum filtration flow rate:

• Configured with two Black Berkey^® purification elements, the Big Berkey^® system can produce up to 13.3 litres per hour*
• Configured with four Black Berkey^® purification elements, the Big Berkey^® system can produce up to 26.5 litres per hour*
• Up to 4 PF-2™ fluoride and arsenic reduction elements can be installed in the lower reservoir if desired.

* Flow rate calculated with the upper reservoir full. The flow rate decreases as the water level drops.
